At SmileAligners, we are committed to transparency and ensuring every customer feels informed and confident throughout their treatment. Because our clear aligners are custom-made medical devices, certain rules apply under UK consumer law.

Custom-Made Clear Aligners

Our aligners are individually manufactured based on your dental scans or impressions.
Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds once manufacturing has begun, as they cannot be reused or resold.

For this reason, please review all treatment information and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if production has not yet started.
 Refund approval may depend on:

● Whether your dental scan/impression has already been taken

● Whether your treatment plan has already been created

● Whether lab processing or manufacturing has started

● If the expert concludes that clear aligner treatment isn’t appropriate for you, your payment will be refunded.

Once any of these steps begin, the order becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following cannot be refunded:

● Custom clear aligners & Retainers once production begins

● Completed dental scans or impressions

● Teeth whitening products and Ultrasonic UV Cleaner.

● Any used or opened items

Faulty or Defective Aligners

If your aligners arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving them.
 We may request photos or additional details. After assessing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution.

How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue

To make a request or discuss your eligibility:

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Once your refund is approved by our support team, it will be processed within 7 working days and Any costs incurred by the company will be deducted.
